Any and all intellectual property rights associated with the CSoft Site and the text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, domain names, URL's, advertisements, commercially produced information, and other materials contained on the CSoft Site (CSoft CONTENT), including without limitation any inventive concepts, know-how, publicity rights, trademarks, trade-dress, trade secrets, copyrights and patents (Intellectual Property), are the sole property of CSoft AS (CSoft) or its third-party licensors, and, except as provided in this Agreement, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, uploaded, downloaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Except as provided in this Agreement, CSoft does not grant to you any express or implied rights to CSoft or any third party's Intellectual Property. The CSoft Intellectual Property is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties, all of which provide rights and obligations that are supplemental to the rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement.

You understand and agree that you are permitted to use CSoft content only as expressly authorized by csoft or its third-party licensors, as applicable. You may download, view, copy and print csoft content, subject to the following:

• The CSoft content may be used solely for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes.
• Proprietary rights notices may not be removed or altered.
• The CSoft content may not be modified or altered in any way.

All CSoft graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, commercial markings and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of CSoft. CSoft trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not CSoft, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CSoft. All other trademarks not owned by CSoft that appear on the CSoft Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CSoft.

The person who downloads any software from CSoft, subscribes automatically to the CSoft Newsletter, which now and then will be sent. The CSoft Newsletter contains news and product information. Each CSoft Newsletter has an unsubscribe function that can be used at any time.

CSoft has no control over any of the third-party websites to which the CSoft Site has links nor do CSoft contribute in any manner to these third-party websites, and CSoft assumes no responsibility for the contents of any third-party websites to which the CSoft Site has links.These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the CSoft Site. CSoft excludes all liability arising therefrom and do not endorse or make any representations about them or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained by using them. If you decide to access any third-party websites linked to the CSoft Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The CSoft Site contains e-mail, forums, and other functions for you to provide files, data, media, orders, product inquiries, graphics, text, or other information to CSoft (User Materials). You hereby grant (or warrant that the owner of rights to the content or information has expressly granted) CSoft the world-wide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, and display User Materials (in whole or in part) and to incorporate them in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed on the CSoft Site. User Materials do not include your Customer Information, which is handled in accordance with the CSoft Privacy Policy. You agree not to provide CSoft with any User Materials that are confidential. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of information on the CSoft Site may involve

• Transmissions over various networks.
• Changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. If you make accessible communications or other materials that infringe the copyrights of a third party, CSoft will terminate your access to the CSoft Site in accordance with CSoft Copyright Policy as set forth below.

CSoft will not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including without limitation ideas for new products, services, advertising campaigns, promotions, technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans, or product names. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when CSoft products or services (collectively, CSoft Products) might seem like ideas submitted to CSoft. Please do not send your unsolicited ideas or any original materials (e.g., creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works) to CSoft or anyone at CSoft. If, despite this request, you still send us your ideas and materials, please understand that CSoft will not treat your ideas or materials as confidential or proprietary.

CSoft may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. You agree that CSoft, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to all or a portion of the CSoft Site and remove and discard any User Materials or Customer Information within the CSoft Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, lack of use, or if CSoft believes that you have violated this Agreement. You agree that any termination of your access to the CSoft Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that CSoft may delete your account information in accordance with the CSoft Privacy Policy and/or prevent any further access to the CSoft Site. Further, you agree that CSoft will not be liable to you or any third party because of CSoft termination of your access to the CSoft Site. Should you object to any provision of this Agreement or any subsequent modifications to it or become dissatisfied with the CSoft Site in any way, your only recourse is to cancel your account by sending a request for cancellation to CSoft via email or contact form. Upon confirmation of your request, your account will be cancelled, and all your User Materials and Customer Information will be deleted in accordance with the CSoft Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement; and the Agreement has the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
